If the coupling needs to be preheated during installation, it is recommended to use oil bath heating or heating furnace heating to make the heating uniform and prevent deformation.

In order to protect the shaft seal, the heating temperature should be controlled when heating the coupling to prevent overheating, avoid the oil seal in an environment exceeding +100°C, and use a heat shield to reduce heat radiation, otherwise the service life of the oil seal will be affected.

Appropriate installation tools should be used when installing the coupling. It is absolutely forbidden to install by external force, otherwise the gears, bearings and locking rings will be damaged.

When installing the coupling, keep enough air intake space for the fan.

If the installation space is not enough, please use other cooling methods.

The center line of the rotating shaft must be coaxial when the machine is running.

The precision of alignment is a very important factor in determining the service life of shafts, bearings, shaft seals and couplings. Between the interconnected shaft ends, if there are angular and axial errors beyond the allowable range, the coupling load will increase and cause premature wear and damage of parts, such as shaft seal and bearing damage, broken shaft, etc.

When installing the drive unit, ensure the exact alignment of the various components. If possible, the deviation in alignment should be zero.
