Product Overview
H series heavy-duty hardened helical gear units adopt modular design for flexible configuration. Gears are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburized, quenched and precision ground (ISO 5~6 grade, HRC58–62). The housing is high-strength HT250 cast iron for excellent rigidity and vibration absorption.
It delivers high transmission efficiency of 92%–97%, wide ratio range 1.25~450, and large output torque. Available with solid shaft / hollow shaft output, foot-mounted or flange mounting. Cooling options include fan cooling and water cooling; backstop, heavy-duty sealing and ATEX explosion-proof versions are optional.
Features high shock resistance, strong load capacity, low noise and reliable continuous operation. Widely used in mining, port, cement, metallurgy, conveyor, mixer, lifting and power generation industries. OEM & custom service available.
