Product Overview
R Series helical geared motor is an inline helical hardened gear reducer, one of our K/F/R/S modular gear units. It adopts precision ground, carburized-quenched alloy steel gears and high-strength cast iron housing for great rigidity. Its compact coaxial inline layout saves installation space, with stable operation, low noise and high transmission efficiency.
Thanks to modular design, components are highly interchangeable. It supports foot mounting and flange mounting, and can be directly matched with asynchronous motors, servo motors and other drive sources.
Built to handle heavy loads and shock, the reducer works reliably for continuous operation. Optimized sealing prevents oil leakage, adapting to dusty and humid working environments. It is widely used for conveyors, mixers, packaging machinery, automation lines, wastewater treatment and lithium battery equipment.
