6. In addition, human sweat is also the cause of bearing corrosion, which has a pH of 5~6. Therefore, in order to prevent rusting caused by hand sweat, installation and production personnel should wear gloves and not casually touch the bearings with their hands.

How can we keep the bearings from rusting?

• Soaking method
  Some small cloudsail bearings are dipped in antirust grease. The thickness of the oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the antirust grease. The method of making a layer of antirust grease adhered to its surface.
• Brushing method
  When brushing, pay attention to the even application on the surface of the Yunfan bearing, do not produce pile-up, also pay attention to prevent leakage.
• Spraying method
  Some large antirust objects are not suitable for oiling by the immersion method, and are generally sprayed with filtered compressed air at approximately 0.7Mpa pressure in an air clean place. The spraying method is suitable for solvent diluted antirust oil or thin layer antirust oil. This method must use perfect fire and labor protection measures.
