Cement plant bucket elevator reducer is generally with overrunning clutch, maintenance often encountered when the overrunning clutch problems, how to check and repair it? The following is a description of the inspection and maintenance methods.

1.When energizing the auxiliary transmission, when it is found that the auxiliary transmission to the main reducer does not turn, there may be a problem with the overrunning clutch, then you should first adjust the phase of the power supply of the auxiliary transmission motor, let the auxiliary transmission motor reverse, observe whether the main reducer rotates, if the main reducer runs normally, it proves that the overrunning clutch is not damaged, but the auxiliary transmission motor is connected backwards.

2. If the reversing auxiliary transmission motor main reducer still does not turn, it proves that the clutch has been damaged and needs to be disassembled for inspection. Disassemble the auxiliary transmission and main reducer coupling, remove the overrunning clutch and observe whether the clutch pawl is damaged? If it is damaged, the overrunning clutch needs to be ordered.

3. To order an overrunning clutch, you need to provide the model and serial number of the reducer, which is marked on the nameplate of the reducer, and the model number is a combination of letters and numbers, e.g. B3SH10.
